Hero MotoCorp added the XPulse 200, an ADV motorcycle with a bigger engine, to its lineup to replace the Impulse when it was taken off the market. The new XPulse is an adventure tourer, which is different from the Impulse. The company first showed off the bike at the EICMA Show in Italy in 2017. The XPulse 200 continues the work of the Impulse, but it is easier to use and has a clearer goal. The motorcycle has been changed to meet the new, stricter emission standards. The XPulse 200 has spoke wheels, a high-rise front mudguard, fork gaiters, a bash plate, dual-purpose tyres, and an upswept exhaust to match its adventurous nature. The front wheel is 21 inches and the back wheel is 18 inches. The front suspension is done by telescopic units with 190mm of travel, and the back suspension is done by a 10-step adjustable mono-shock with 170mm of travel. The bike has a high ground clearance of 220mm and a seat height of 823mm. The XPulse 200 has disc brakes on both ends and a single-channel ABS for stopping. In terms of technology, the bike has a full-LED headlamp and a digital instrument cluster with Bluetooth for navigation and call alerts. It says that its fuel tank can hold up to 14 litres. The XPulse 200 BS6 is powered by a single-cylinder, 199.6cc engine that is now oil-cooled instead of air-cooled like the BS4 model. At 8,500rpm, the updated motor makes 17.8hp of power, and at 6,500rpm, it makes 16.45Nm of torque. The engine is hooked up to a gearbox with five speeds. Hero only has one version of the XPulse 200 BS6 available, and it has fuel injection. The version with a carburetor has been taken off the market. There are five colour choices for the motorcycle: white, matte green, matte grey, sports red, and panther black.

The Hero MotoCorp XPulse 200 is probably the most talked-about product right now. And this is only possible because of the way it looks, the price, and the list of features. Also, it is aimed at people who have always liked the idea of travelling around the country on two wheels on a tight budget. Now, the XPulse 200 has been in the country for a little more than a year, and it has a lot of fans. But it's now 2020, so it has to meet the strict BS6 emission standards. And the XPulse 200 has a new version for 2020. We rode it for almost a week. We went on some nice roads, some bad roads, and even some places where it was raining. And this is what we learned from the Hero.
